Whitelisted servers Because Mail Pilot is regarded in the industry as one of the most efficient permission-based email systems, our delivery servers have been "whitelisted" by most major ISPs (including Yahoo, for example). Additionally, ISPs such as AOL, Hotmail, and MSN have integrated Mail Pilot servers into their spam reporting systems. Our collaboration and cooperation with ISPs helps ensure that Mail Pilot emails are delivered, not labeled spam. Blacklist monitoring On an ongoing basis, the Mail Pilot crew monitors the most common blacklists. If we ever see a Mail Pilot server appear on a blacklist (which occasionally happens to even the best of us), we temporarily remove the ISP and contact them immediately to resolve the issue.
